2. Personal Data Processed
If you initiate a subscription through our website, the following are processed: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, company trade name, city and authorised person details; and, at the setup stage, tax identification details, trade registry details and the documents uploaded by you. The information you submit through the contact form is used solely to respond to your request.
Your card details are neither processed nor stored by us; payment is carried out through the infrastructure of a licensed payment institution.
3. Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis
The data are processed for the purposes of the conclusion and performance of the contract, invoicing, the fulfilment of legal obligations (tax and commercial legislation) and the provision of support services, within the scope of sub-paragraphs (c) and (ç) of Article 5(2) of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
4. Transfer
The data may be shared only with the payment institution, the e-document integrator, the hosting provider and legally authorised public institutions. Your data are hosted in Türkiye.
5. Retention Period
The data are retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and throughout the limitation/retention periods prescribed by the relevant legislation. Documents relating to applications that are not concluded are deleted within 6 months at the latest.
6. Your Rights
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to access your data, to request their rectification or erasure, and to object to processing. You may submit your requests to [email protected].
