2. Main Characteristics of the Service

Unisentra is cloud-based business management software accessed through a web browser and a mobile application. The number of users and the features within the scope of the selected plan are available for use throughout the subscription term. Software updates are included in the subscription fee.

3. Price and Payment

Plan fees are shown on the website exclusive of VAT; the total amount with VAT added is stated at the payment step. Payment is collected by debit/credit card through a secure payment infrastructure. Card details are neither seen nor stored by the Seller.

4. Subscription and Renewal

The subscription is valid for the selected period and is renewed at the end of the period unless it is cancelled. Notice is given prior to renewal.

5. Delivery / Performance

The service is made available for use electronically once the setup steps (company information and document submission) have been completed. The typical setup time is a few working days.

7. Complaints and Objections

Requests may be submitted to [email protected]. In disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent.
