2. Subject Matter
This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, in relation to the provision of the Unisentra cloud software subscription service, which the Buyer has ordered electronically via unisentra.com.tr and whose characteristics and sales price are specified below.
3. Nature and Fee of the Service
The service is a software subscription accessed over the internet (SaaS). The scope of use, term and fee of the selected plan are specified in the order summary and in the pre-contract information form. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT; payment is collected on the basis of the total amount inclusive of VAT.
4. Subscription Term and Renewal
The subscription starts according to the selected period (monthly or annual) and, at the end of the period, is renewed on the same terms unless the Buyer submits a cancellation request. The Buyer is given notice prior to renewal. The Buyer may cancel the subscription at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
5. Provision of the Service
After the payment is completed, a setup form is sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The Buyer uploads the company information and the requested documents (tax certificate, signature circular, etc.) to the system. Once the information and documents have been completed, the setup is initiated and the access details are sent to the Buyer.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal is limited for services performed instantly in an electronic environment. Nevertheless, provided that the service has not actually been made available for use, the Seller refunds the fee for cancellation requests made within 14 days from the date of payment. 7. Protection of Personal Data
The principles governing the processing of the parties' personal data are set out in the Privacy Notice (KVKK Information Notice). The Seller processes the business data entered into the system by the Buyer solely for the purpose of providing the service.
8. Disputes
Turkish law applies to disputes arising from this Agreement. In consumer transactions, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent.
9. Entry into Force
By ticking the confirmation box on the order form, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Agreement enters into force upon completion of the payment.
