Frequently asked questions
Can I transfer my existing data?
Yes. We transfer your customer and supplier accounts, inventory and open balances from the system you currently use. Our setup team carries out this process together with you.
How long does setup take?
Once the payment and paperwork steps are complete, a typical setup is finished within a few business days. This may vary depending on the scope of the data migration.
Can I increase the number of users later?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan or add extra users; the price difference is reflected in the next billing period.
Where is my data stored?
It is hosted in Türkiye. Each customer's data is kept in its own separate database and backed up daily.
Can we run the system on our own servers?
Yes. The Enterprise plan offers an installation at your own premises (on-premise) option; we also procure the server hardware, install it and deliver it to you. In that case, your data stays entirely within your own network. We still carry out the setup, backup and update processes. For details and pricing, get a quote.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
After cancellation, you can request an export of your data. Retention and deletion procedures are explained in our cancellation and refund terms.
Can my accountant access the system too?
Yes. A separate user with limited permissions can be set up for your accountant.
